Pros

- Good salary and conditions. - People are nice, teamwork is usually easy and fun. - Low stress environment, great work-life balance. - Summer schedule allow us to work 4 days and be paid the equivalent of 5 days.

Cons

- A bit disorganized sometime. - Can be political from time to time. - Projects can take a lot of time to be completed.
