    Pros

    Great benefits including healthcare, 30 days vacation, and opportunities to grow.

    Cons

    You don't always have control when or if you can take vacation, limited opportunities to maintain work life balance, in many places a toxic infighting culture filled with toxic leaders. Others have to fail for you to succeed.
