      Weekly pay, and good benefits.

      Cons

      There's a lot of favoritism shown within the corporation, it used to be an amazing place to work when it was owned by Forward Air. Management is eager to place blame and other places instead of where it really lies.

      Company leaves you alone to do your job.

      Cons

      Low pay. No communication. No teamwork. No one EVER knows what they are doing. Company never pays their bills so employees are lacking equipment and materials to do their jobs properly.
