      Enjoyed working with colleagues and other contractors, HR was always very helpful

      Cons

      No transparency or communication from leadership, poor business development, felt very disconnected from the company, poor compensation and no recognition or bonuses to help

      Clueless Project Managers

      Pros

      The customer was good to work with.

      Cons

      Project Managers are sketchy. They're put into position as "Technical Project Managers" and in reality, they can barley turn on their laptops. Was promised a bonus when hitting a certain project milestone and once I accomplished the milestone task, they refused to pay the bonus. Get everything in writing if you chose to accept employment with this company.

      Pros

      Quick to answer questions. Hire for positions from within the project when higher positions become vacant. Good referral program. Provides good communication.

      Cons

      The annual review program is not what one expects. The annual review happens but there is no annual salary movement.
