      Pros

      Air conditioned and heated manufacturing floor, although I can see that being cut soon. I used to be a good place to work

      Cons

      The company has gone through another restructuring, costs are being cut in every direction. It seems like anyone worth while is looking for new opportunities. Pay is being cut, benefit shrinking, everyone looking over their shoulder

      Great coworkers and many long term loyal 10year+ employees work here. You find a lot of skilled and ambitious colleagues.
