Training from a recruitment perspective is also top notch with all the combined years of experience and knowledge being shared across the team in a highly collaborative office! Fantastic culture, fun loving and very social, both with the team but also getting out and meeting candidates and clients, which is actively encouraged! UA is a smaller/mid size company, therefore it lacks some of the infrastructure or capabilities of a much larger organisation, which has its pros and cons, but they are certainly aiming to change that with global expansion, which was emphasised by our first ever global summit in Dubai this year!
