      - Trustworthy leadership team - Positive mindset of CEO is infectious - Experienced C-level suite - Humble and down to earth staff on a global scale - Opportunities to grow, learn and progress internally are readily available - Opportunities to wear many hats in your role, providing exposure to support other business units - Almost everyone has the time to listen - Some of the best technical engineers I've met in 15+ years - Flexible working patterns allow for a good work/life balance - Relaxed working environment exists which allows for high productivity at a good pace - Diverse company in terms of gender and race

      Amazing Global Team and Technology!

      Pros

      - Great atmosphere and staff; I lead a team of very gifted IT professionals and their acceleration, technical engineering expertise & customer service is amazing! The office I'm located is full of positivity & camaraderie. - Technology and Innovation; once again, we have a large group of IT professionals within Operations-Technology-Development-Engineering who improve on current products and plan for new innovations within Cloud Computing. - Work/life balance; in my role, this can fluctuate but that's the expectation and I'm happy with this. For the others in the company, work/life balance is fair and balanced, with opportunities for TOIL & annual leave for all staff. - Career opportunities; the company believes in career progression. Positively, we had many staff work hard and lead others to succeed, and because of this, they have seen positive career progressions.

      Cons

      N/A with the company, my only gripe right now is Covid-19 pausing business travel to our UK and US offices, but this will subside one day.
