If being micromanaged and being give limitless demands for pennies is your cup of tea then this is the job for you. Here in Asheville the cost of living is high. Everyone who works for this company has to have multiple jobs just to survive. Even managers. Managers at least should make a living wage. I don't know what happened in the last few months but this place has gone insane. Everyone that made this place worth working for is disappearing because they are either getting fired or leaving because they are fed up. They wonder why there isnt anyone working but they need to take a look in the mirror. Part time employees are being made to work almost 50 hours with no kind of benefits. I have spoken to Legal Aid about this and its not legal and I will be filing a complaint with the labor board. They work you like a dog and give nothing in return. The applicants that are customers are being warned as well. Just because Im stuck here doesnt mean that I wish this place on anyone else.

Owner uses profane language in professional communications and has knee-jerk reactions to uncalled for normal issues that arise as a normal part of business. Owner attacks employees in defamatory manner for anything he views as incorrect. Owner is hyper sensitive and largely immature. His staff follows suit due to the "tone at the top." Sadly, one cannot succeed at this company without steering clear of management and being capable of ignoring and overlooking tough situations.
