      Pros

      A great management team who put a lot of trust in their people. Culture is building, but seems to be off to a positive start (especially for such a new company).

      Cons

      A lot of change - as can be expected with a new company.

      Entrepreneur's Playground - Lots of room to learn and grow in a great collaborative and supportive team culture

      -Strong culture of empathy and community-mindedness -Supportive teams and leaders -Strong pay structure -Entrepreneur's playground: lots of diversity in work, opportunities to grow and learn and try new things, develop new skills, wear different hats

      Cons

      -If you've never worked in a startup before, the wearing of multiple hats, regular changes/pivots, and the challenges might be a shock -Not for single-minded people/singular focus -Numerous org changes
