I have been working at Under Armour part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - If you're about college age, you'll basically be working with a lot of people your age
    - The discount: they recently lowered it but it's still pretty good, especially with the discounts in-store

    Cons

    - Traffic: expect to be busy during a majority of the time because this is a high-traffic mall
    - Wage: Overall wage for leads and even any position below store manager could be much higher considering the amount of work required at this location.

    Pros

    -great discount
    -flexible hours
    -amazing benefits

    Cons

-company direction/corporate communication is spotty. I feel like I had to use a lot of prior experience to learn how to run my store, rather than proper training.

I have been working at Under Armour full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good Paternity Leave
Very Good Medical Benefits package BCBS

    Cons

Best way to increase salary is to leave and, if you love UA, come back at a higher rate

    Advice to Management

Promote from within, yearly market rate adjustments likely preferable to 1.5-3% wage increases
