I have been working at Under Armour full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Pay . . . .

    Cons

Unrealistic targets that don't equate to sell through. HR have no sympathy for mental health, pregnancy (treat women as if they are leaving). Inequality for women. Severe gender pay gap. UA will have you work 2 jobs as the norm until you have a break down.

I worked at Under Armour part-time for less than a year

    Pros

At specific store location they hired by personality, which made less workplace conflict and made us one big family.

    Cons

When I worked there we had to dress quarter to date, although there was (idk about now) a 50% discount so we could dress quarter to date, it was still expensive.

I worked at Under Armour part-time for less than a year

    Pros

They give you a 50% discount on all items in store or online. And they add this discount on top of any discount already on an item.

    Cons

Around the holidays there are at times some late nights and really early morning shifts.
