      Pros

      I’ve really enjoyed my time at Undo so far. The leadership team put a lot of trust in the wider team to make decisions, learn from mistakes, and experiment with new ideas. There’s also a solid, well-defined personal development plan in place, with transparency around progression opportunities at any given time. It feels like a place where you’re encouraged to grow and take ownership.

      Cons

      There’s a lot of work going on right now, which can occasionally feel overwhelming. That said, with clear planning and prioritisation, it’s manageable and ultimately rewarding to see the impact of what we deliver.

      Interview was smooth and straight ot the point

      Pros

      I was first contacted by a recruiter. I had three rounds of interview, it was a really good experience all through. And they respect your time. First stage(Post Recruiter's call) - A group call with several senior engineers Second stage - Call with the Chief of staff Third stage - A 3-4 hours on-site interview at the Cambridge office, with about 30mins break.

      Cons

      I don't really see any much cons, perhaps the 4 hours could be reduced. However, I personally prefer that one-time four-hour interview to having several unnecessary rounds of interview
