      Pros

      The product is really amazing. Unibind continues to invest in R&D. Opportunity to grow within the company. The trip to Europe seems to be really great as you can see that you are part of a really international company. they really take care of their people if you look at all the perks you get.

      Cons

      Because of their growth not all procedures are in place. I would recommend that Hr and operations really work on this. Training can be better, it is to short for the product variety.
