The best reasons are challenging exciting work which is going to make a real difference. We have just (Sept 2016) won a multi-million £ contract to supply the Ministry of Justice and we are going to make a vital positive difference to parts of their operation. We use the latest software technologies, we are a Queen's Award winning company (April 2016) and we are growing internationally as well as in the UK. Exciting times for a growing UK SME.
Cons
It is hard work at times under pressure and the quality of your work will be judged by your peers; that means there is plenty of opportunity to learn and build skills.
