You will come across a very few individuals who are highly skilled and is great to work with. Which makes working here a bit more tolerable.
Cons
- Higher management is very poor and lacks people/ management skills - Poor communication from CEO / higher management on the company goals and future plans - Staff turnaround seems to be quite poor in all departments - Not well looked after - Poor HR whom always seems clueless and very difficult to communicate to - Expected to work long hours and role often goes beyond job description - No or less room for any progression - Poor salary review / annual bonus - It's a man's world - No women reporting directly to CEO or in higher management - Lack of diversity / Inclusion
