      A unique AI Company

      Pros

      Very few companies are able to achieve what Uniphore are able to offer. We are ahead of the game & the realisation of the complexity of delivering AI agents to automate complex process will need some or all of the Business AI Platform. Exciting times.

      Cons

      17 year old start up provides its challenges, change is painful. Agentic AI is still relatively new, everyone is trying to work out how best to deploy and whom to use. This is not a commodity sale for any sized org: Large Scale enterprises take time to make decisions and can be challenging to work with.

      Working on cutting edge AI deep tech. Strong vision on what the future will be and driving aggressively towards that.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of changes recently and quite a lot of angst on what was driving those. But to be fair leadership has recently addressed the market transition and why these changes very necessary. transparency on this a bit earlier would have eased some of these challenges.
