None, I actually cant think of anything positive.
Cons
poor pay, and all staff treated like they are being done a favour by being given a job. company has a real 'us against them' by senior management. Even banned making cups of tea in the day to keep staff at their desks longer. When I worked at the company 90% of staff conversation revolved around how desperate everyone was to find another job and leave.
