      The only and i mean only negative part of working at United was working in NYC. The traffic and finding parking in midtown Manhattan was terrible.

      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity to succeed while working at United Fire. The sky is truly the limit—two employees have even gone on to open new branches in Florida and Las Vegas. If you’re motivated, you can do very well here. Management genuinely cares about its employees and supports growth from within.

      Cons

      There isn’t a clearly defined management hierarchy, which can sometimes make communication and decision-making unclear.
