1. Section manager are typical Singaporean kids- obedient to Department Manager.

7. Multiple miscellaneous side activities, paper work, checklist to be take care. If missed, money penalty will be execute.
8. Old equipment that always down, but they will ask you QBQ( Question Behind the Question) what can I do to complete my task even equipment down. But seems the management never QBQ themself.
9. Force employee to disclose their personal issue, then make an announcement at laboratory.
10. Difficult to take leave, numerous rule even with flow chart.
