being left alone to work no one looking over your shoulder work at the pace you want to work the people that work there...are awesome your co workers!!
Cons
if you aren't mexican (im the only white person that works there) you will get crap trucks poor pay/ truck pay is garbage extremely under paid if you aren't mexican, you are unable to make any money and will get crap/low $$ trucks because there is favoritism and all the mexicans work together and they will have 4-5 trucks going while you only have 1. you don't make enough money to continue working for them.
