      Higher pay scale, get you new responsibility every now and then (Dynamic JD), surprise assignments on your table that will do into your potential performance. This is Ideal workplace only for those who got multi-faceted brain muscles.

      Cons

      Daily performance check that is seems like you are on earth quake reactor scale so that each phase shall pass by smoothly without any damage of property i.e. neuron cell. This is something unnatural management style.
