Pros

There are no pro's or benefits to working here.

Cons

Let me start by saying cannot urge you strong enough to avoid this place. You are nothing but a warm body to occupy a seat. You will work with "regular" employees who will do nothing but complain about the company, co workers, and work volume. They are bitter and think company cannot survive without them. Rules are applied based on relationship with supervisor or if you are regular employee. No consistency. They have no systems in place to handle holiday season work load. The answer they have is to take on more work while working harder and faster. You will be required during holiday season to work a 6 day week and 10 plus hours a day. No appreciation for your efforts just an expectation to do more. Supervisors will do all they can to avoid talking to upset customers and expect you to handle it. If they do get on phone they have no problem arguing with Customers. You will be expected to sell a loyalty program that is nothing short if a joke and money grab for the company. Forget about family issues you are expected to be there at all costs no exceptions and you will be told as much. No advice is given from trainers once you hit the floor if you need to improve on something. Just figure it out is the answer as they are too busy. So many problems here. Bottom line they are not concerned with your well being only what you can do for them and will you be at work today. Terrible place, horrible morale and for to much office politics and gossip to ever be successful.

Pros

40% Discount on merchandise as an employee

Cons

- poor compensation (Usually 40-50% less than average industry rate) - poor leadership (Constant flux of management personnel) - lack of respect for employees (This is an untapped resource) - no vision (Directly linked to the owner and executive team; apathetic at best) - unorganized (Unable to standardize operations and be consistent)

Pros

+ Significant discount on products + An interesting place to work, especially with the warehouse + Good people, nice co-workers

Cons

- Roles are often misleading, and you can be hired for one particular job and do something that's really not related. - Antiquated computer systems for most users. - Poor marketing strategy - Dependent upon duct tape/chewing gum back end systems - Not much leadership in genera
