      What a truly awful company to work for

      Most of the operational staff are great.

      Cons

      Awful company to work for. They pride themselves on staff training but need to work on retention. Company is run by an immature man baby who throws his toys from his pram if he doesn't get his own way. Culture of bullying from director level with a HR dept which isn't fit for purpose and are far from being impartial. Just look at the staff turnover in 2018 alone. Close to 50%!! Unless you are really desperate I suggest you avoid like the plague.

      Good for inexperienced aiming to learn business skills

      Pros

      Routine easy work, training provided.

      Cons

      Long hours, working on Saturdays, arrogant management, extremely poor wage increases, extremely high employees turnaround - many leave within a year or two, and plenty of inexperienced graduates come.

      Great coworks, well the ones that are left.

      Cons

      Poor managment - think its more down to directors not listening to the people and only interested in theirselves. No direction - new plan is always the same as the last on even thought the last one is unacheivable. Over worked - long hours and alway expecting more without any understanding we have lives. False promises - No recongnition - never recognise when people work their socks off, only recognition is you get more work. They take advantage of you. Need I say more.... How you can put us forward as employer of the year, win and keep a straight face shocks me. Just need to look at the turn over. Probably been about 50% since I have been here.
