      Pros

      There's some talented individuals, though most don't stick around once they see what they've actually walked into. The benefits package is solid. It reads like compensation for the damage you'll endure, not an actual perk. The only genuine positive is the trauma bonding with coworkers who are all surviving the same absolute nightmare together.

      Cons

      The grind is constant, unsustainable, and absolutely intentional. Boundaries are treated as character flaws and burnout is celebrated as dedication by the people at the top who aren't actually doing the work. Raise concerns about the crushing workload? You're not a team player. Need reasonable timelines? You lack passion. Ask for basic respect? You don't understand the vision. Zero accountability, no self awareness and little willingness to change. Just the same destructive cycle on repeat while they congratulate themselves.
