      Pros

      Although I am no longer working with Upflex, I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 years I spent working on the Marketing team. I worked under some incredible talent and was able to learn and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment. The leadership at Upflex was exceptional and although we were a remote-first team, there were always opportunities to get involved and feel part of a strong team. Thank you Christophe, Ginger, and Alex for a great 2-years. I wish you nothing but the best!

      Cons

      For me personally, I was a UK based employee of a US based company. I would have loved to have more opportunities presented to me for in-person team meets. Understandably, this is not always easy.

      Pros

      I speak with companies actively trying to manage hybrid work, and conversations are productive because I’m not pushing something abstract—most prospects already see the need. The remote work option makes it much easier for me to maintain a good work/life balance. The compensation package and commissions are good, which is always motivating.

      Cons

      Sales cycles are on the longer side, so commissions don’t come as quickly as I'd like.

      Managers guide without getting too hands-on — you have room to work at your own pace. Good onboarding (covered the platform and sales tools and focused on real scenarios) Remote work and effective tools for outreach and pipeline tracking Decent pay, with opportunity to increase your earnings as you build your book

      The remote setup often affects communication speed.
