      The Only pro is - if I started a company I would do it the exact opposite of this clown.

      Owner Sherwin Lies to everyone Doesnt care about anything but screwing you every 10 people who work there 9 quite in 1 month and the other 1 quits in 3 He doesnt care as long as the people in there are making a deal or 2 before they get smart You will learn nothing, you will get no guidance. I almost smacked him several times. He would literally rob his mother I have never seen a more dishonest broker in my life. Ask 1 person there if they are happy?

      Pros

      I started working here two years ago during the summer break from college. I pretty much killed it in the summer seasons. I made a lot of money to cover my school year expenses. When back in school I work as a referral agent and still make money. The broker is great, ex wall street guy so fast paced office, but he also has everyone work together and help each other out which is great when you're new in the business. He also has a huge client roster and is always giving out names. Best decision I made was to get my license.

      Not a big fan of the mandatory meetings but they usually serve breakfast so its ok

      I have absolutely nothing to say that was positive.

      Cons

      Everything is extremely unorganized. There is no communication, guidance or management in place. There is so much turnover and anyone who applies is hired on the spot. There is no screening process so you end up working with incompetent people who do not belong in an office setting. It's no wonder the smart people leave. There are so many shady things going on within the company and you are constantly being lied to. The company is definitely sinking and will most likely be out of business soon. The website has been down for over a week, and if you have any business sense, you know that is not a smart move, even if you are "redoing the whole website". This company needs a whole new CEO and management structure because the way it is now, it will soon go out of business. The CEO is unbelievably cocky and has no consideration for others.
