-a lot of down time - you get to know the customers -commission on selling certain products -after make a certain amount of $, you get a .25 raise -company provides you with a membership after being hired
Cons
- The only time you will know if you're doing something wrong is when management cuts your hours. -Parking. It gets busy during the evening time and sometimes hard to find a parking spot. - Overstaffed most times. -All positions are part-time
