They seemed to be guiding a new building at the front of the plant which could bring with it, hopefully, new technology
Cons
I found management very, biased, opinionated, liars and it for themselves. A lot of blame was put on staff lower down rather then the actual management themselves. One senior member of staff who I worked close to was seen to lie a number of times and be extremely hypocritical. Contractors are tested extremely unfairly and segregated down even down to simple things such as they have to park in separate car parks that are further away then permanent members of staff. Plant if dated and office equipment extremely old.
