Pros

Does not require high level skills.

Cons

The WORST Management I have ever worked for in my life. This Company will surely fail. They make you think that they are going to bring you onto the company and show all the new hires how stock options are avail, only come to find out those are only for the VERY select few. Not to mention the sexual harassment, coworkers VAPING inside the office! Managers and Supervisors clearly favoring select co-workers by giving less work, People coming into work smelling like marijuana, drinking in the parking lot....you name it. The job itself consists of getting screamed at by customers that demand assistance that are stuck on the side of the road, not as fun as you would imagine to get yelled at for 8 hrs a day.

Pros

Working from home; predictable workday and outcomes; very easy job to do. Within a week of working, I was a top scorer in my department, had I been more cynical and desperate, I would have stayed on to become yet another uncaring manager. The job is laughably easy in terms of what needs to be learned and done. However, the expectations are such that even doing an excellent job will leave you feeling drained and not-good-enough.

Cons

Employees are expected to comply and thank managers for being rude and careless. Your schedule can change within less than a 12 hour notice. Your ranking will always be thrown in your face. Working from home your camera is made to always be on during the workday, your every second in the day tracked to ensure maximal benefits from you, and you will be texted by managers asking you to do overtime at all hours of the day and night. This is a workplace that looks to make you feel like you're always one mistake away from being fired. And they will joke about firing you ('promoting you to customer') by your first day of training. They will ask you to pay out of pocket to get a better computer system even if they hired you with the one you already have. Your temp agency will send you a contract to sign, saying they will reimburse a part of your new computer system but then it belongs to them, so you end up gifting the temp agency because they will never reimburse you the actual full amount only a partial cap. The whole entreprise from recruitment onwards seems like a Ponzi scheme to get as much out of employees possible before they burn out. No amount of work from home comfort is worth the dehumanizing that employees go through.

Pros

Not a damn thing. Terrible place to work. You can be the best employee and when you try to move up they will pick someone else that has not been there as long as you have and does not meet expectations all due to POLITICS

Cons

Everything. Terrible management. Terrible leaders. I quit the same day and the “director” now “VP” talked very badly about me in front of other people. Do not work here. It has a bunch of high school like drama. A lot of unprofessional things happen within this company. A lot of people dip their pens in company’s ink. A lot of tow truck drivers do not get paid correctly. It really is a big SCAM. They treat their employees and tow providers like crap.
