Pros

Userfarm is a young, constantly growing company, of passionate, hardworking people. I'm so glad I had the chance to work with them! During my experience of course we had to face some difficulties, but we always managed to sort out every issue together. The environment in the office was lovely, everyone so friendly with each other, but professional at the same time. I've been helped a lot since my first day of work , and I had the opportunity to improve my knowledge and learn more skills. My salary was perfectly adequate to the position I was covering and I've been paid regularly every 15 of the month. Extraordinary people works in Userfarm, I truly miss all of my colleagues, and I think that generally all the Userfarm employees talented professionals.

Cons

Since they have offices in different European cities, every now and then has been tricky to communicate with each other

Pros

Userfarm is a fun, creative environment with a lot of different nationalities. The approach is innovative and disruptive. There is a collaborative work ethic, with room to contribute in different areas. The mission - of giving opportunities to filmmakers the world over - is a positive one and despite what some (very old) reviews say, all the filmmakers in the crowd were paid through my time in the company. The business has been growing internationally with new clients. Partnership with an established film production company improved organisation and management.

Cons

Userfarm could do better with its comms - internal and external. Internally this can be a problem, especially with offices in a number of different territories. Externally more people should know about what the company does...
