Pros
Working at Uteach has many pros. You feel part of a team. There is so much to learn but so many opportunities to grow and develop skills. There is freedom to experiment which is great for a marketer. Uteach is a unique company, it is family run and you can feel that. You are not just a number here which makes a huge difference. Work/Life balance is also great.
Cons
There's often a lot going on but as long as you're organised and honest then you get through it.
