      Pros

      Relaxed dress code and friendly atmosphere among lower level emloyees.

      Cons

      This company is simultaneously hyper restrictive and lacking in training. They will give you orders without communicating expectations. Seems like they value their employees very little, rewards minimally and expects huge return. Nepotism in practice. Poor communication and minimal training sets you up for failure.

      Honestly can't really think of many positive things to say about the company

      Cons

      Alot of mind games...Very little training. Was told that I would be working under a PLS...not true. Alot of disgruntled employees who create a vwery bad work environment. Definetly set you up to fail

      Really good company, so much opportunity to learn new things, they always start new special projects.

      Cons

      Sometimes pay may not feel like it matches your work. Training could use some work.
