Good experience, the non-management staff are among the best group of people I have ever had the opportunity to work with.
Cons
You will be working 20+ hour days to meet unrealistic deadlines, management is a joke, layoffs galore, poor pay. Look for yourself and read no further past the next sentence. As one reviewer said, go to LinkedIn, and ask other former and current employees. To give you an idea of how this company operates, rumor has it that there are 4 employees left (down from 50 or 60). If you look at all of the good reviews of the company on this site, you will see 4 reviews all within days of each other. Now that employee count may or may not be slightly out of date but ask anyone who has connections to those still there and they will tell you the company is tiny now. Maybe it will balloon again, but I would not count on it remaining of any size given the hire and layoff cycle that this company almost seems to pride itself on. I also have a difficult time believing it will become a larger company again, at least in Vermont, because it's reputation precedes it among those they used to hire most, locals just out of college. Vermont is a small state and word travels fast. Management clearly did not anticipate this. The bottom line is that no matter how convincing management is about how they care about you and care about the company "values", ultimately the only care is to make money by driving staff too hard and stabbing hard working employees in the back.
