      Having been with V2Soft for over 5 years, I can say the company offers great job stability and a professional work culture. ​Management is generally supportive and gives you the autonomy to take ownership of your tasks. ​Opportunities to work with major global clients, which provides excellent exposure to industry-standard processes and technologies. ​Good work-life balance compared to many other IT service firms.

      Like many large organizations, internal communication between departments can sometimes be slow. ​Career progression is steady, but you often need to be proactive in seeking out new certifications or internal movements to stay challenged.
