      Pros

      VAA has a great office with a modern environment. They really care about getting the office together for fun events and keeping people connected.

      Cons

      Starting out is tough because there's no structure as to what you should be doing. I was constantly asking for work to do. There is no happy medium with the level of stress at this office. Either you have nothing to do or someone spontaneously comes up and asks you to get a days worth of drafting done in 3 hours.
