      At one time, the company employed a cohesive, collaborative group of people

      Cons

      Myopic leadership and blind leadership have reduced this company to a hostile work environment. Management bully's its employees and has little understanding of what their workers do

      Unfair Treatment at VAT, Inc.

      Pros

      Some of the folks at VAT were a pleasure to work with and you are able to make a difference in the company and are given challenging projects.

      Cons

      Management does not recognize and reward all employees equally for a job well done and hard work. There is favoritism. The executives are unfair and do not communicate directly to employees so that they can work on improving their performance if there is an issue.
