      Pros

      VB Cosmetics/Dazzle Dry is a great place to work. They offer competitive wages and benefits; the best part is the company culture. The people I work with are kind and inclusive. Management and HR are fantastic. I'm proud to work for a company that gives back to its community.

      There are no cons to working at Dazzle Dry.

      VBC is more than just a Cosmetic Company

      Pros

      I have been with VBC for years, starting out as an Educator for NY and NJ and then being brought on full-time as a remote employee. I have built special bonds with many of my coworkers and the Management team that will last a lifetime. I couldn't ask to work for a better company. When you work at VBC, you are part of a family.

      Cons

      That I cannot physically be with my co-workers and work from NJ.

      Pros

      The company has grown more professionally from when I started off, when it used to be more of a mom-and-pop style management. Still, pretty much a relaxed working environment, which makes it a nice change from the corporate world that I have been for many years. Management is striving to enhance stability and growth opportunities, including better benefits and a new & improved culture & perks. Some of us gladly have flexible work arrangements & remote work options depending on the department you work for, and the type of work you may do.

      Cons

      Normal growing pains of a company. Many changes need to be avoided for the benefit of the employee's ease when a new management staff or superior takes over.
