      There is none. No one should join this company. Worst place to work. Narrow-minded higher management.

      No Growth. Company is run only 4 people they'll never let you grow. Fake promises. Only shoe lickers can grow.

      1. Worst work culture with toxic atmosphere. 2. No support or guidance from management. 3. Unreasonably low salary standards, with the company taking half of every commission on placements (both full-time and contract), which is excessive. 4. No work-life balance; you're expected to be available around the clock. 5. Ineffective and unknowledgeable managers who offer no real guidance or value. 6. Back bitting culture among peers. 7. Lack of career growth or advancement opportunities. 8. Poor communication and transparency within the company. 9. High employee turnover due to dissatisfaction and burnout.
