      Pros

      Good benefits package (bonus, healthcare, company conference) and lovely colleagues to work with cross-functionally in other countries.

      Cons

      'We've always done it that way' attitude in so many departments and although its a good sign that employees stay for 20+ years, its also a negative in that there are no new suggestions apart from new starts which is frowned upon. Not good for career progression. No working from home and expected to travel in your own time.

      Poor and cliquey. Managers in operations are beyond immature.

      Unfortunately nothing, perhaps a one hour lunch?

      Cons

      Poor resource team. Forced on phones when you were completing work. Say they’re not a call centre, but they are. They love targets. Say they include everyone but if managers see you as a threat or think your face doesn’t fit, they make it their mission to get you out.
