      Pros

      The founder-owners. Always had your back and really cared for their employees.

      Cons

      A lot of 'senior' people hid from their responsibilities, and help and support was rarely on hand from those who were supposed to provide it. Fortunately this was outweighed by a kick-ass group of people who did so much everyday.

      Long working hours. After the sale to investors and the later merger people were not be respected and obsolete
