      Sink or swim with a dash of toxicity

      Pros

      Uncapped commission, fun group outings if you're in the "in" crowd

      Cons

      There's no true vision from the CEO for where the company is going. You don't get any real training and it's very sink and swim. Work extra hard and the CEO will tell you to work harder and put in hours on the weekend without any personal support.

      Pros

      The team at VIA is small but a tight knit group. Everyone is available for help when in need. They revamped the office and have nice equipment and stand up desks! It is very hands off so if you don't want micro-management its a great place.

      Cons

      Because there is no micro-management, it is sink or swim. Be prepared to work hard and ask questions/ask for help frequently if need be.

      Pros

      VIA Technical is comprised of genuinely hard working and amazing individuals. From the Recruiters to upper Management, they truly care about the well being of those they work with. I gained a wealth of knowledge during my time here and was given all the tools to succeed. Personally could not have asked for a better team to begin my career as a recruiter with.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
