Nice environment, great staff to work with.
Cons
The business is split into 2 sides. One side is quite clearly favoured over the other. Wages aren't great either

Great pay Realistic Workload Un-capped commission, you really get out what you put in! Fifa tournament's with cash prizes Growing business and industry (Job security) brilliant teams throughout each sector of the business, everyone very friendly and I feel confident I could walk up to anyone in the building for help if required External events and nights out with colleagues Extensive on-the-job training, with hard work being noticed and rewarded. Chance to meet up large vendors, who offer reward incentives and "call-out days" which really allow for yourself to get noticed and win some great prizes
Cons
In my short time of working here, there are no cons at this moment! The only thing I could say is the industry seems very volatile and individuals are constantly moving into either new sectors of the business or leaving to go elsewhere. This may be an opportunity for others, however, there is always a role to move into or one coming up shortly due to growth or availability.
