      Fijne collega’s, interessante projecten en veel mogelijkheden om nieuwe vaardigheden te ontwikkelen. Over het algemeen een stabiele werkomgeving met duidelijke verwachtingen en een prettige samenwerkingscultuur.

      Cons

      Processen kunnen traag aanvoelen, communicatie tussen afdelingen is soms onduidelijk en besluitvorming is regelmatig te hiërarchisch voor snelle uitvoering.
