      Benefits, Mentoring Opportunities, Comradery among peers, interesting projects

      Cons

      Prejudiced Leadership (sexist, racists, ableist comments heard regularly), Lack of Leadership Accountability - when a leader is reported for wrong doing , nothing is done. "Culture" is forced at times, where instead of truly caring about the staff and their personal lives, activities are planned for the "in crowd" to hangout but if you're not part of that group... you feel left out or even alienated.

      The firm will work with you on your role.

      Cons

      Leadership is going downhill since leesa left. Culture is gone and I don't trust anyone. Pay is typically 30 percent less than competitors. Don't mention flexible schedule, it doesn't exist. You will work in the office or work somewhere else.
