Pros
- brilliant engineers who love their work makes it a positive and productive environment - interesting and detailed work So many cool things to learn! - productive work atmosphere (higher walled cubes - none of the loud open environment and others are thoughtful about where they speak) - lots of helpful documents - excellent work life balance - decent time off policy potential - Paid dental and vision - respectful engineers who offer assistance and include - training if needed - great location for those who live away from Boston. - VMS has some really cool features to it. - 401k match
Cons
- pay and pay related perks are not quite up to par (bonuses, raises etc) But working with positive and respectful engineers negates any con! - matching 401K has various vesting stages
