      - Lack of structured process for promotions and raises - Changes too much therefore there is no time to fully develop a particular skill - Leadership changes priorities constantly, which can frustrate and slow down the processes and people

      Pros

      Outstanding culture, you feel glad working at VTEX, with teams that work closely together and with a strong sense of commitment and relationship skills. The company also offers benefits for language course reimbursement and an autonomous way of working.

      Cons

      Being a technology company, the salary is not the best in the market, but it is a good one. Some of the senior leadership doesn’t seem to have the expected leadership skills.
