I have read almost every single review, some very harsh ones, but the reality is that I cannot disagree with a single con fact or concerns that have been stated and raised. Sad, but true. This is a company that will take everything they can get from you.... But when the wheels start coming off, hard work, loyalty and the sacrifice of health is neither acknowledged nor supported. Support is indeed limited. Leadership is pretty much non-existent. Staff turnover is very high. Strong and commendable company values are client facing, to an extent, but certainly not internally applied. Accountability does not apply to the powers that be. A CEO who can do, say, treat you exactly as he feels fit and sadly that treatment is extremely disrespectful many times. A company where you start off well, but quickly learn that you are not cared for as a human being, only for the numbers you hit. Contrary to all the hype you see on LinkedIn and social media.... Marketing is a powerful tool and internally, things are not as they seem to be portrayed externally. Be very clear about your expectations in a job here, speak to as many people that work and have worked here and make an informed decision about if this is an environment for you.
