      Valero Pembroke is one of the largest employers in the area, it’s a good company to work for and there are plenty of opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Heavy user of fossil fuels although the cogen does offset some energy usage.

      No salary structure for progressing through training. You train for certain areas and you don't know what your pay rise will be until after you've completed training
