Pros

- Diligent marketing team, constantly looking for awards to boost the reputation of the company and beautify what would otherwise be the essence of a substandard entity. - Located in a decent central location in CBD, where good food options are accessible. - A monthly salary is provided.

Cons

- Overly egoistic Management who are disappointingly incompetent, lacking both the ability to run the business efficiently and the integrity to make money the right way. - Poor “tone from the top” with regards to setting an upright and balanced culture, giving way too much power/priority to the Sales end and grossly overpaying selected incapable front end staff. - Inept handling of disrespectful staff by Management in general, allowing insubordination to occur frequently and leading to high levels of conflict and cultural toxicity internally. - Childish, unprofessional, delusional and possibly intellectually disabled Sales/Partnerships Management with no intention of working well with others for the benefit of the company, but only milking the company for personal gains. - Circumvention/overriding of risk and compliance mechanisms designed to protect the company and its customers, signed off by Management so they can hit monthly targets. - Strange culture of promoting/rewarding worthless brown-nosers but not valuing truly diligent and competent staff, clear evidence of Management’s lack of judgement and intelligence. - Management spreading the habit and culture of over-promising and under-delivering, leading to many unfinished or poorly executed projects/tasks. - Claims to be a P2P company but exercises pure inequality in dealing with both groups of customers; facilitates the lending of Investors’ funds to SMEs under questionable circumstances in order to hit targets, all under the steer and contentious exceptions granted by Management. - Whole company momentum as set by Management is driven by speed compared to quality, backed by an immature mindset of still being a startup, as an ultimate excuse for the high volatility and instability of processes within the corporate structure. - Management only concerned with their own titles/positions and pride, occasionally circulating announcements on each other’s “achievements” and “promotions”.

Poor sales leadership

Pros

Nice working environment with great pantry. Flexible working hours

Cons

People who are managing sales teams with no sales experiences. Tons of internal politics. 1. Why hire a Chief of Sales who has 0 finance background to lead the team and always boasting that he is a childhood friend with one of the co-founders? 2. The Chief of Sales showed obvious biasness towards people who lick his boots. Especially to the team leads who don't even have the capabilities to lead their sales team. 3. Leading sales w/o understanding how each products works and constantly arguing with the RMs who are more knowledgeable than them 4. Push cases that are high-risk, forcing to hit high KPI with high volume of high risk cases
