The company is almost entirely family members, brothers own it, cousins run management and it has a very small town cult vibe to it. The driver is always at fault, the driver is always lieing, the driver is a small child who must be punished and reprimanded on a daily basis. Need home time? no worries after 2 weeks of scheduling a day off you might get it, have an issue with your dispatch? to bad learn your lesson and shut up and drive. The pay! lmao oh yeah its salaray and theyll tell you they give raises after 90 days, they do not, repeat not ever give raises.
