- High-achievers will be rewarded well - A probably unrivalled community of expertise and passion that soars when collaboration is embraced (and it is very often encouraged) - The privilege of working with some of the most talented people I've ever encountered in the industry - Valnet is a publishing company that is genuinely courageous in its adaptability - The provision of a platform that encourages personal expertise over homogenous content farming - Long term plans are very well communicated

Cons

- Pressure can be a lot, given the dependence on Google (but that's more of an industry constant) - Further investment in quality of life tech improvements for content teams is needed
